Dr. Michael Arena, Dean @ Biola University Crowell School of Business
‍Dr. Arena brings a rare blend of enterprise innovation and academic insight. Before joining Biola, he led global talent and development at Amazon Web Services and served as Chief Talent Officer at General Motors, where his work helped drive a major corporate transformation. He’s the author of Adaptive Space and co-founder of the Connected Commons, a research consortium focused on organizational networks. With deep experience at MIT’s Media Lab and Stanford’s d.school, Dr. Arena will share how breakthrough innovation happens—not just in startups, but inside the world’s largest organizations. He’ll also unpack his vision for how Biola’s Business School and new Venture Studio can cultivate faith-driven entrepreneurs prepared to lead in an AI-powered world.

Dr. Yohan Lee, Associate Dean @ Biola University School of Science, Technology, &Â Health
‍Dr. Yohan Lee is a technologist, neuroscientist, and entrepreneur with over 20 years of leadership across government, academia, and industry. He served as a civil scientist at the National Institutes of Health, Principal Investigator at Google AI, and most recently, founder and CEO of Scaled Entelechy, an AI startup recognized by the U.S. National AI Initiative for its groundbreaking work in workforce upskilling. He’ll explore how AI is transforming learning, medicine, and workforce development—and what it means to build world-class STEM programs grounded in Christian values.
